Built: a secure web-based CRM with Google OAuth 2.0 sign-in, Cloud Firestore document storage, in-app digital forms and signatures, and Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection on public flows. Result: a centralised, mobile-friendly system for daily operations that reduced manual admin and improved record-keeping.

Problem: the team was spending hours preparing and personalising WhatsApp outreach, with messaging drift between operators. Built: an internal AI-assisted workflow around an OpenAI-based agent driven by structured JSON prompts, plus operator-facing tooling that helps prepare, personalise, and queue customer-facing messages while keeping brand voice consistent. Result: less repetitive manual work on outreach prep, on-brand messaging across operators, and freed-up hours for higher-value customer conversations — without adding headcount.
- **Full-Stack Web Portal for BUFF — Content Management & Admin Control** (2025 · Web Wizards SG): Responsive public site + Firebase-backed CMS with Google OAuth admin login. Hand-written CSS, Firebase Hosting, AJAX/Axios. Outcome: BUFF gained full autonomy over content updates without a developer.
